Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide GAS2 selling experience and expert knowledge of automotive parts for DIY customers in our store. You will support advanced parts identification, stock control, and service tasks such as battery installations, wiper replacements, and safety compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of auto parts experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work various shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and keep areas clean.
