Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling expertise for DIY customers, support advanced automotive part knowledge, and operate store systems. The role emphasizes sourcing parts, performing DIY services like battery installations, and meeting sales objectives while maintaining excellent customer service.

Must have 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• ASE certification preferred, not mandatory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including safety, opening/closing tasks.
