Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge and high‑quality service to DIY customers inside our stores. You’ll handle advanced parts lookup, inventory processes, and in‑store sales, while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Must have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. ASE certification is preferred. This full-time role requires flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends.

Formación

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and customer service track record.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Serve as key holder: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and back stock management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order across multiple areas.
