Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert automotive parts knowledge and exceptional customer service. The role requires strong familiarity with store systems, parts lookup, and DIY service supports, including installations and diagnostics.

ASE certification is preferred, with 3-5 years of parts experience and a valid driver's license expected. The position is full-time and involves handling inventory, POS usage, and maintaining store standards while meeting sales

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability in fulfillment of customer transactions
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
