Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong knowledge of store systems and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in store and by phone.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities including opening/closing and safety.
