Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts sales. You will leverage expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts to assist customers in person and by phone, perform basic installation tasks, and help manage inventory.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong sales ability, and ASE certification preferred. Full-time schedule with openings across days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts sales experience and proven sales ability.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and use inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Assist in store inventory and maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Handle key holder duties including opening/closing responsibilities.
