Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and strong sales acumen. The role involves working with store systems, performing DIY services, and maintaining high customer service standards.

The position requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE-certified or ready, and the ability to operate inventory and POS systems. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be available for varied shifts.

Formación

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and sales ability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (opening/closing, safety).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
