Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and store systems proficiency. The role includes advanced identification, troubleshooting, and sourcing from multiple channels.

Full-time position requiring strong customer service and automotive knowledge. You will perform battery testing/installation, wiper installs, and other DIY services, while meeting sales goals and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Ability to operate store systems and perform parts lookup.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities including task assignment, safety, and open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes such as cycle counts and back stock.
