Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling experiences for DIY customers. You will drive sales, support DIY services such as battery installs and testing, and maintain high standards of service and store presentation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with parts lookup systems. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience as a baseline.
• Capable of advanced parts lookup and sourcing.
• Strong communication with customers, peers and management.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder duties including opening/closing and safety.
