Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert DIY support and parts knowledge in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, execute parts lookups, and uphold store standards.

Expect to apply ASE knowledge where applicable, perform battery testing/installation and other DIY services, and contribute to meeting sales goals while maintaining safety and accuracy in inventory and merchandising.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions
• ASE certification preferred, not required
• Must read safety rules and parts catalogs

Mansioni

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory, back stock and cycle counts
• Store cleanliness and organization
• Source from special orders and multiple suppliers
