You'll handle core tasks such as battery installation, routine maintenance services, maintaining store organization, and operating POS and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in auto parts retail.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, opening/closing).
• Assist in inventory processes; keep store clean; provide DIY services.
