Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts identification. You will engage customers in-store and by phone, perform battery and wiper services, and help keep the store organized and fully stocked.

You’ll work with store systems and diagnostic tools, building strong customer relationships while meeting sales and service goals. Prior experience in automotive parts and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts sales or fulfillment.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Able to operate store systems and diagnose DIY issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and other installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder responsibilities and safety duties.
• Assist in inventory processes and store cleanliness.
• Support DIY services and parts lookup for customers.
