Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro in the United States. You will deliver GAS2 selling experiences, drive store sales, and perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper changes.

Responsibilities include maintaining shop standards and handling key holder duties with safety and efficiency. The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong customer service, and a valid driver’s license; ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability and customer service focus.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Perform key holder duties: open/close, safety, task assignment.
