Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling experiences, assist DIY customers, and manage parts sourcing and inventory including battery tests and wiper installs. This is a full-time, on-site role across our stores.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive parts sales experience, strong product knowledge, and excellent customer service. ASE P2 certification or readiness is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with customers and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, parts catalogs and manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
