Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to assist DIY customers in-store and over the phone. You will apply GAS2 selling techniques, identify parts, and manage basic DIY services such as battery tests and wiper installations.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and a valid driver's license. You will maintain store appearance, handle inventory tasks, and support customer satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions
• Must have strong product and parts knowledge

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
