Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team. This professional sales role supports advanced DIY knowledge, store systems, and parts lookup to drive service and parts sales.

Expect to handle battery installations, testing, wiper installs, and other DIY services, while maintaining excellent customer service, inventory accuracy, and safe store operations. ASE certification is preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and service manuals.
• Proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Meet or exceed personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
