Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in Virginia to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge. You will assist customers in person and by phone, perform basic diagnostics, and manage inventory while meeting sales and service goals.

The role requires 3-5 years in automotive parts, ASE P2 readiness, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Heavy emphasis on safety, accuracy, and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Ability to locate and stock parts efficiently.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Familiarity with store systems and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder duties including opening/closing tasks.
• Assist inventory processes and keep area clean.
