Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced functions of the DIY business. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts, with responsibilities for identifying parts, troubleshooting, and assisting DIY customers.

Full-time position with opportunities to lead parts-related services and store operations. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in automotive parts sales, ASE certification preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
