Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert knowledge of store systems, parts knowledge and automotive diagnostics. This full-time role emphasizes delivering high-quality service, meeting sales goals, and providing accurate part recommendations.

You will perform DIY services, assist with inventory, and use POS and inventory systems to locate parts and complete transactions. A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
