Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide GAS2 selling experience, expert parts knowledge, and skilled troubleshooting for DIY customers in a full-time store role.

You will handle inventory, fulfill parts orders, and support safe, efficient store operations while striving to meet sales goals. ASE certification or readiness is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience with strong sales ability.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Able to read and interpret parts catalogs and instruction manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
