Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling and expert automotive knowledge in our store. This full-time role focuses on DIY customers, parts sourcing, and high standards of service and appearance.

You will handle inventory, consult on diagnostics, and perform basic DIY services with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy. Must have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience; ASE P2 certification preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
