Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer needs with expert parts knowledge and service leadership. This full-time role requires strong customer service, parts sourcing, and the ability to operate store systems.

Responsibilities include performing DIY services, meeting sales goals, and maintaining store standards while adhering to safety procedures. ASE certification is preferred but not required; a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, parts catalogs, and instruction manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
