Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to assist DIY customers in-store and by phone, applying advanced product knowledge and store systems. This role emphasizes GAS2 selling, inventory handling, and expert knowledge of parts and automotive systems.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends. ASE certification is preferred to support advanced service tasks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Familiarity with store inventory processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
