Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert knowledge of automotive parts and store systems. This role focuses on high-quality customer service, efficient parts identification, and reliable sales performance.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE considerations, and comfort with POS/parts lookup software. The position is full-time and requires flexible days/evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
Must have a valid driverfs license; ASE certification preferred.
Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety manuals.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
