Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge, assist DIY customers, and support advanced store systems. This full-time position focuses on sales goals, customer service, and accurate parts lookup.

Responsibilities include GAS2 selling, battery installations, and other DIY services, while maintaining store appearance. ASE certification is preferred; a valid driver's license is required. Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Strong English communication, Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties (opening/closing, safety, task assignment).
• Assist in inventory processes and back stock management.
