Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a Retail Parts Pro for full-time work in-store to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge. You will use store systems and parts lookup tools to assist customers on the floor and over the phone.

Responsibilities include battery testing/installation, wiper installs, inventory management, and keeping the store clean and organized. ASE certification is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required; 3–5 years of automotive parts experience is expected.

Formación

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and fulfillment experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installations and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties: task assignment, safety, open/close.
