Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to assist DIY customers with expert part knowledge and sourcing in our store. You will deliver battery installs, testing, and wiper replacements, while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

3–5 years in automotive parts, strong sales ability, and a valid driver's license are required; ASE certification is preferred. The role is full-time and on-site in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services: battery installations, testing, and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in inventory processes: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
