Qualifications

• Five years total experience in operational, administrative, merchandising, retail sales or related work.
• Substitution allows some college work for experience; a bachelor's degree may substitute for up to three years.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maximize operational performance and develop sales projections.
• Develop and implement store merchandising strategies and promotions.
• Coordinate with buyers to establish stock plans and new item introductions.
• Maintain in-stock levels and optimize inventory across locations.
• Provide staff training on selling skills, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Supervise assigned personnel and work with Store Manager on objectives.
• Report to Store Manager and coordinate with regional staff on strategies.
