Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or analytics (preferred).
• Genuine interest in financial markets and financial analytics, with the intellectual curiosity to go deeper.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain performance analytics and dashboards for revenue, expenses, and shareholder returns.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and automate reporting with AI tooling.
• Develop and track new initiatives for multi-year and intra-year budgeting and forecasting.
• Deliver benchmarking and market-share analysis of peer performance across FICC, Equities, and Banking.
• Act as a steward of the Division's cost base and support efficiency projects.
• Track and analyze progress toward firmwide goals with cross-divisional stakeholders.
