The Divisional Director of Sales is responsible for overseeing sales operations across multiple communities, ensuring the achievement and maintenance of census goals. This role involves monitoring individual community performance, providing insights, and developing improvement plans to increase leads and occupancy. The DDOS will also train and coach community Directors of Sales, manage lead oversight, and work closely with external referral services to drive revenue. Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or less than one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
