Job summary

The Salvation Army Indiana Division is seeking a Divisional Content Coordinator to advance mission through strategic content creation and distribution. You will collaborate with corps leaders, travel to capture content, and manage a robust photo/video archive for the division.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3 years’ experience, proficiency with Adobe CC and Canva, and strong storytelling across social media platforms. Travel within Indiana is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3 years’ related experience.
• Background check completed and reviewed.
• Demonstrated success in strategic communications, photography/videography, and digital media management.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies with corps leaders for local communications and distribution.
• Travel to corps across the Indiana Division to record videos, photos, and interviews.
• Create organic content for social media, websites, and press releases.
• Secure content from across the division for development and marketing needs.
• Edit photos and videos for social media, websites, and special projects.
• Build and manage a comprehensive photo/video archive for Indiana Division.
• Act as Public Information Officer (PIO) or assist during Emergency Disaster Services responses.
• Other tasks as assigned.
