The Salvation Army Indiana Division is seeking a Divisional Content Coordinator to advance mission through strategic content creation and distribution. You will collaborate with corps leaders, travel to capture content, and manage a robust photo/video archive for the division.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3 years’ experience, proficiency with Adobe CC and Canva, and strong storytelling across social media platforms. Travel within Indiana is required.

As the Divisional Content Coordinator, you will advance The Salvation Army’s mission through strategic content creation and distribution within the Indiana Division. This role supports the efforts and initiatives of corps with engaged storytelling, expanded public communication, and the development of creative assets. This individual works closely with other members of the Community Relations Team to identify corps needs, develop and execute communications strategies, and track growth and progress at corps and divisional levels.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Visual Media, Digital Media & Marketing), or 3 years’ experience in related field
Position requires a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed.
Demonstrated success in strategic communications, photography and/or videography, and digital media management.
Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver’s qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm training within the first 90 days of employment.

Travel required within the State of Indiana, with occasional travel to Chicagoland for training purposes. May require overnight travel.
Work is primarily performed in office and church environments. May require some weekend, evening work, and outdoor work.
