Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in assessment, IR, program evaluation, or analytics.
• Expertise in survey methodology and instrument design.
• Advanced proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Knowledge of Generative AI for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Set divisional assessment strategy and governance.
• Create and own the executive dashboard integrating data across departments.
• Provide professional development and coaching for staff across units.
• Design/division-wide surveys and mapping of outcomes to divisional goals.
• Partner with Institutional Research and other offices to align data definitions.
