The job involves overseeing operations, managing multi-month projects, and interpreting university policies to solve problems and inform stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3 years of experience handling complex budgets with multiple funding sources.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and project management for the division.
• Coordinate enrollment, scheduling, and HR liaison tasks.
• Provide data acquisition and analysis for divisional projects.
• Support budgeting, expenditures, and payroll processes for the SSCI admin org 11317.
• Liaise with campus offices (Budget Office, FSC, procurement, HR).
• Develop annual calendars and communications for the division.
• Support divisional equity and inclusion initiatives with leadership.
