Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing disciplines is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the division supply chain team to reduce shortages and systemic issues.
  • Lead cross-functional high-performance teams to create work transfer velocity and reduce shortages.
  • Provide oversight and leadership to division/contract field resources in support of cross-functional objectives.
  • Represent the division and collaborate with peers at other divisions and the group.
  • Proactively work with the Division Supply Chain Team to seek continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by engaging suppliers and peers to achieve common goals.
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of time.
  • Collaborate with the business unit or division to establish preferred supplier selection criteria based on price, quality, delivery, certifications, and compliance with governmental procurement regulations.
  • Work with suppliers to develop and manage continuous improvement programs addressing quality, delivery, service, and price.
  • Develop and benchmark best practices among division suppliers and maintain accurate measurements and records for supplier evaluation.
  • Travel requirement: 20% annually.

Division Supplier Development Manager

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
  • Pay Range: $113,680 to $199,055 annually.
  • Participation in the Annual Incentive Program.
