What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of sales representatives, conducting appointments with new and experienced team members
- Recruit top talent using social media and innovative outreach strategies
- Prospect, communicate, and network effectively with CPAs and Brokers
- Develop talent and close sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success
- Spend a minimum of 75% of your time in the field visiting client sites
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license required for regular travel to client locations
- Background check to be conducted after a conditional offer of employment
- Completion of mandatory drug screening within the first 60 days of employment
- Must reside in the area relevant to the job posting location
