Job summary

Pegasus Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Division Order Analyst to support our oil and gas acquisitions in the Permian and Appalachian basins. You will scan and index Division Order mail, ensure pay status for new wells, and communicate with operators to resolve ownership discrepancies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience, 2+ years of Division Order experience, and familiarity with LandVantage and Enertia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant work experience.
• Division Order experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with Permian Basin or Appalachian Basins.
• LandVantage and Enertia experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scan, index, and manage incoming Division Order mail.
• Assist with returning Division Orders and ensuring new wells are placed in pay status.
• Support Division Order Analysts by communicating with operators regarding ownership issues and interest discrepancies.
• Send notices to operators regarding new acquisitions.
• Create and update Enertia decks.
• Perform basic Division Order calculations.
• Maintain system records related to Division Orders.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Land departments.
• Assist with other Division Order projects as needed.
