Job summary

Jobtailor in Midland, TX is seeking a detail‑oriented Land Tech to manage division order records and ownership data, ensuring accuracy across land systems and databases. You will review deeds, probate documents, and other ownership instruments, process ownership changes, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with land, accounting, and operations teams.

Proficiency with Enertia and Microsoft Excel is required, along with strong written and verbal communication, organization, and ability to juggle

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining ownership records and land data.
• Division Order and/or Land Tech experience.
• Proficiency with Enertia software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with land systems and databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work permanently in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
