Job summary

Cenergy International Services in Houston (Greenway Plaza or The Woodlands) is seeking an experienced Senior Division Order Analyst to manage ownership records, analyze title documents, and ensure accurate revenue distribution for oil and gas properties.

You will determine ownership interests, maintain division of interest records, prepare division orders for revenue and billing, review title documents, and collaborate with Land, Legal, and Accounting teams to resolve title and ownership issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Division Order Analyst experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of leases, title opinions, division orders, and ownership calculations.
• Experience interpreting land and title documents.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and division order software is preferred.
