Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, the retail division of Nutrien, seeks a senior leader in California to drive sales forecasts, marketing initiatives, and operational budgeting. You will collaborate with Product Line Managers, Agronomic Services, Regional Account Managers, and Branch Managers to align division goals and customer programs.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong proficiency with Word/Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of related experience.
1+ years of this experience must have been in a leadership capacity.
Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Familiarity with grain and farm supply industry regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze progress towards sales forecasts and operational goals; initiate action as needed.
Develop, implement, and manage division marketing strategies with cross-functional teams.
Manage all physical resources; ensure CPI compliance and safe working environment; conduct audits and inventory checks.
Ensure organization of the customer base and implement customer programs.
Analyze capital requirements and provide budget recommendations.
Analyze operating requirements and provide budget recommendations.
Develop division services as appropriate.
Drive health, safety, environmental and security programs.
Assist Branch Managers with dispute settlements within and outside the company.
