Berger Communities is seeking a Divisional Leasing and Sales Specialist to lead leasing performance across communities in the division. You will partner with onsite teams to elevate conversion strategies, translate each community story into compelling leasing experiences, and drive revenue growth through expedient lead closing.

Ideal candidates close effectively, adapt quickly, collaborate across teams, and stay motivated by making a measurable impact on resident experience and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years’ conventional leasing experience.
• Preference for multi-site or regional sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression for leads and prospective residents.
• Identify needs of prospective residents and match to available homes.
• Manage leads and follow up promptly in the CRM system.
• Learn key product and market differentiators across communities.
• Overcome objections to maintain high tour-to-lease conversion.
• Offer virtual, self-guided, in-person, or video tours.
• Provide remote, social media, and marketing outreach support as needed.
• Process applications per policy and Fair Housing guidelines.
