Job summary

A construction consulting firm in North Carolina is seeking a Division Lead for its new Underground & Structural Division. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Heavy Civil construction, including work on highways and bridges, with a strong track record as a Senior Project Manager. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape strategy and build teams in a dynamic environment, backed by an established firm. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Heavy Civil construction with DOT expertise.
• Proven success in self-performing critical construction scopes such as concrete and utility installation.
• Experience in leading projects as a Senior Project Manager or equivalent.

• Build and lead the new Underground & Structural Division.
• Shape strategy, grow teams, and own results.
• Develop operations while delivering complex self-performed work across highways, bridges, and structures.
