Moog Inc. seeks a Division IPT Lead for the Military Aircraft Group in a highly influential, onsite role. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver programs on cost, schedule, and performance, shaping strategic directions while maintaining rigorous program controls.

East Aurora/Torrance options exist. The role requires 10+ years in aerospace/defense, a strong record of leading teams by influence, and travel up to 25%.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Ten (10) or more years of aerospace, defense, or closely related industry experience.
• Five (5) or more years supporting complex product development programs.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams through influence rather than direct authority.
• Experience driving execution across engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and supply chain functions.
• Strong understanding of systems development, production environments, and lifecycle program management.
• Experience with earned value management (EVM), critical path analysis, forecasting, risk management, and change management principles.
• Proven ability to make sound decisions and drive results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Mansioni

• Provide IPT leadership for development, production, and sustainment programs within Military Aircraft Group.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs that meet technical, schedule, budget, quality, and customer commitments.
• Drive alignment between Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of complex technical, production, and field-performance challenges.
• Ensure program risks, assumptions, and change activities are identified, assessed, and managed.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and transitions to low-rate and full-rate production.
• Apply program execution disciplines: EVM, critical path forecasting, risk management.
• Lead technical planning including CEAC development, variance analysis, and recovery planning.
• Serve as primary technical interface with customers and build trust through execution.
• Foster a One Moog Team culture focused on accountability and collaboration.
• Influence technology, product, and business strategies to meet future needs.
