Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 3–5+ years accounting or finance operations experience.
• Strong understanding of construction or project-based costing.
• Experience with WIP and percentage-of-completion accounting preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project cost and project financial management.
• Lead monthly financial and revenue close activities.
• Review invoicing, accounts receivable, pricing, and project financials.
• Analyze jobs, customers, project costs, and pricing.
• Support pricing analysis, modeling, and strategy.
• Partner closely with operations, leadership, and field personnel.
• Help improve financial, administrative, invoicing, and operational processes.
• Support technology, automation, business systems, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Take on additional financial and operational responsibilities as knowledge of the business grows.
