Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Divisional Manager to provide strategic leadership for 4,000+ employees globally. The role reports to Human Resources and drives a proactive EHS culture that aligns with corporate processes and sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate will lead division-level EHS initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner across functions to deliver on objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Health & Safety fields.
• Experience leading enterprise or division-level EHS strategy and compliance programs.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership in all EHS areas at a division level and execute the enterprise roadmap.
• Lead change and address environmental risks to protect employees.
