Apply data science, quality management, and visualization to provide actionable insights and enable enterprise collaboration across agencies.
Shape a strong open data culture and establish policies to ensure quality, interoperability, security, and availability of NOAA Fisheries data assets.
Provide supervision and guidance, set annual and multi-year work plans, and recruit and develop staff to build a qualified team.
