Bayada Hospice - Division Director of Operations

Position Overview: Bayada Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice executive for the role of Division Director of Operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader with multi-site operational management experience to lead six hospice offices across Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Key Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of hospice operations and regulations
• Prior multi-site management experience
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of multi-site hospice management experience
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities:

1. Lead office teams to deliver high-quality hospice care and services
2. Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with long-term goals
3. Oversee recruitment, development, and performance of office Directors and staff
4. Ensure compliance with all regulations and quality standards
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, and staff
6. Identify new business opportunities and support growth initiatives
7. Manage budgets, marketing plans, and operational processes
8. Promote a culture of excellence, ethics, and continuous improvement
