Job summary

PulteGroup in Atlanta seeks an experienced finance executive to manage day-to-day financial operations for the assigned market and ensure accurate financial statements, forecasts, and land acquisition feasibility.

The role requires coordinating plans, supporting audits, and acting as risk manager for the market while mentoring staff and driving performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent).
• Certified Public Accountant license (active or inactive) preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of public accounting or expanded homebuilding experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reports.
• Analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage long-term projects.

Pay Range

$131,600 - $171,100 per year; eligible for incentives.
