The Agricultural and Labor Program, Inc. (ALPI) seeks a Division Director to lead the Community Services division, ensuring quality service delivery to eligible children, individuals, families and farmworkers in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of supervisory, fiscal management and program administration experience.
• Familiarity with division laws, regulations, standards, and ALPI philosophy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall administration of the Division in accordance with agency regulations and guidelines.
• Supervise managers and staff to ensure compliance with policies and grantor requirements.
• Prepare, communicate, monitor, and manage the Division budgets.
• Prepare and submit grant applications including program performance reports.
• Coordinate governance activities and annual community needs assessment to evaluate progress.
