Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science or closely related field with five years of probation experience, including two years supervisory.
• Bachelor's degree with seven years of probation experience, including two years supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Plans, oversees, and directs the professional services of a division within the probation department.
• Supervises unit supervisors, professional and support staff; conducts performance appraisals.
• Manages division budget and grants; analyzes financial data and prepares reports.
• Coordinates with division personnel and outside agencies; ensures compliance with laws and court orders.
